I'm Mazvydas Siuskus and I'm a post graduate student of Computer Science degree. I am currently striving to apply for software developer title and work in the field to gain experience, learn about the industry, expand my skills and build connections.

My passion is software development. I have always been fully engaged and enjoyed the creative process when it comes to creating systems, data structures, making elegant code. Always pushed myself further to learn more about designing programs and never settled with one solution before exploring all the other ones. In my opinion there is no greater satisfaction than making your code finally work as intended especially when it comes to multiple complicated components within the program.
Currently working on android app project, my next project is going to be android and ios app and also collaborating ideas with other people on indie video game production.

EDUCATION

2023-04    BDEG-HON Computer Science 2:1 University of Greenwich
I graduated in University of Greenwich with a grade 2:1. In this course I have built a strong foundation about many different aspects of computer science from fundamentals to more current industry topics. Software engineering unit were a great opportunity to expand my skillset for software development.
For my dissertation I have developed a timetable scheduling program, that is inspired by restaurant rota management. In this project I have simulated all the aspects of real-life problems that one would face when dealing with such task and provided a solution that outperforms actual people efforts by quality and save more than 5 hours of effort. This program was nominated in Digital Shark Expo where I have showcased my dissertation among other top performing projects within my degree.
